Nairobi- Kijabe- Elementaita

After Breakfast and a brief tour of the house, depart for Mawingu Camp for a paragliding experience and hiking.

After the hike and paragliding, visit the Kariandusi Archaeological site for a tour and see the early hominids and thereafter visit Lake Elementaita which is a Flamingo breeding lake, we can have a biking safari on the shores of the lake. Overnight at Elementaita.

 

 Aberdare Hiking and Trout Fishing

After Breakfast, depart for Aberdare ranges for a hike of Mt. Satima, this scenic hike towards the highest summit in Aberdare National Park, which features diverse vegetation cover, Crystal clear streams and waterfalls. During the drive up, it is possible to spot zebra's, waterbucks, warthogs and other wildlife. The hike towards Satima summit at 4000m altitude takes 3 to 4 hours. The first two kilometers (1,3 miles) are through scrubland, after which the trail emerges on the moorland, which are protruded with imposing rock formations and is dotted with the Lobelia Keniensis, native to the alpine zones of Kenya. The most imposing rock formation is colloquially known as 'Dragon's teeth' and is reached after 5 kilometers (3 miles). The trail runs through this rock formation; after which it is another 2 miles to the summit. On a clear day, it's possible to see Mount Kenya from the summit.

We will camp on our ascent and go fishing at the Chania Falls.

 

  Aberdare- Olpejeta Conservancy

 

Wake up early in the morning and depart at 0600hrs to the Highest peak of Aberdare ranges where will see the Peak of Mt. Kenya at the break of dawn, thereafter we will start our descent and exit the Aberdare forest for Olpejeta Conservancy crossing the Equator mid-way.

Upon Check in we will embark on an evening Game Drive at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy and visit the Last remaining two females of Northern White Rhinos

 

Overnight at Sweet waters Serena Camp

 

 Olpejeta

Embark on an early morning Game Drive through the Conservancy enjoying the diverse wildlife with the backdrop of Mt. Kenya. Return to the Lodge for Breakfast and later on depart to the neighboring Village for the Community Experience. Return to the lodge for lunch and later in the afternoon embark on a game drive and a visit to the Chimpanzee sanctuary, the only place in Kenya to see Chimpanzees.

 

Olpejeta- Fly into Nairobi- Diani

Wake up to an early game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast, and later on transfer to the nearby airstrip to catch a local flight to Nairobi where we will connect our flight to Diani, the beautiful sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean. Upon Arrival, enjoy walking/Biking on the beach or enjoy Swimming, we will have free afternoon for leisure

 

Diani

On this day we embark on Deep sea fishing departing at 0600hrs and returning to the Hotel at 1300hrs for lunch. From Diani a motorized boat takes you out into the open waters. Here you can take your fishing rod and aim for the big ones that live in these waters, such as kingfish, swordfish and barracuda. They usually live at 30 meters (100 feet) below the surface in these parts, so that’s where you will be fishing at. Once caught, the fish are usually released again, since this trip is mostly about the thrill and adrenaline of catching a big fish. Only what is eaten will be taken back to shore. On a lucky day we can spot dolphins under the Captainship of Raymond, an experienced Sport fishing expert.

After Lunch and relaxation, we will visit Columbus Monkey Conservation for a nature walk and a chance to sight the elusive and colorful monkeys.

 

 Diani Half day

Wake up to an exciting morning of Scuba Diving at coral reef where you will see diverse fish species and Corals (Beginner options Available), there is an option for a glass bottom boat tour. We will also have Kite Surfing on the magical waves of the Ocean.

Later on return to the hotel for lunch and later on in the afternoon, visit Kaya Kinondo, a Sacred village for the Digo community for a cultural tour and a nature walk through the remaining rainforest with indigenous spiritual trees. Thereafter go for Dinner at the Ali Barbour's cave under the sky.
